1.2mm stamped steel metal, plated brass, nickel or black nickel metal. Enamel colours all separated by a metal keyline. Epoxy is optional, but recommended. More cost effective than brass, good for the large volume user.
Steel badges can also be printed, in which case they will be 0.8mm brass or stainless steel. When keylines are forbidden or four colour process is required, epoxy is always recommended.
